Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: July 2026

Welcome to NAT Global Markets (natglobalmarkets.com). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the research, data, indicators, synthetic indexes, and digital content (collectively, the "Services") provided by NAT Global Markets ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, subscribing to our research, or using our analytical tools, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Services.

1. Subscription, Fees, and Whop Ecosystem

  • Access Model: NAT Global Markets offers premium research and proprietary trading analytics on a subscription basis.
  • Third-Party Billing: All subscription management, payment processing, and digital access delivery are securely handled by our third-party partner, Whop (whop.com).
  • Payment Terms: By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing cycles specified on our official Whop checkout page. All fees are denominated in US Dollars ($) unless stated otherwise.
  • No Refunds: Due to the instant, digital, and downloadable nature of our analytical reports and intellectual property, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for partial subscription periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop dashboard to prevent future billing.

2. Intellectual Property & Limited License

  • Proprietary Content: All materials published by NAT Global Markets — including but not limited to weekly researches, currency indexes, Risk-On/Risk-Off metrics, proprietary fundamental indicators, custom neural network forecasts, and layout designs — are the exclusive intellectual property of NAT Global Markets.
  • Personal & Professional Use Only: Upon subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view and download the content for your own individual systematic or discretionary trading workflows.
  • Strict Redistribution Ban: You are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, reselling, republishing, sharing, or syndicating our research, PDF files, or data feeds to any third party, public forum, or internal network without our express prior written consent. Any unauthorized commercial exploitation or leaking of content will result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may subject you to legal liability for damages.

3. No Professional Financial Advice

  • Analytical Nature: NAT Global Markets is an independent technology and analytical publisher. We do not operate as a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or asset management firm.
  • Assumption of Risk: Financial markets carry inherent risks. Any trade execution based on hidden correlations, divergences, or structural imbalances identified in our Services is done entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that you possess the necessary financial literacy to evaluate market risks independently.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Delivery: Our analytical models and tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for mathematical precision, we do not warrant that data feeds, indicators, or website access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate at all times.
  • Exclusion of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAT Global Markets, its independent developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct financial losses, trading deficits, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on our indicators or reports.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without notice or liability, if we detect a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to the sharing of account credentials or unauthorized scraping and distribution of our research.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant arbitration courts.
